Employers:

Full Time Positions     
$  2,500  Employment Fee - Due on hire date
$10,000  Retention Bonus - Due on 6 month anniversary of the hire date
If a hire is deemed unacceptable before their sixth month anniversary and terminated, the employer does not have to pay the final $10,000 Retention Bonus.

Contract or Temporary Positions
$    500  Per Month of Term - Due on hire date
